PRG’s previous website was getting a little long in the tooth and was built on an outdated WordPress theme that was starting to show its age, both from a design perspective, and more importantly, from a performance perspective. Page load speed was less than desirable and the user experience was suffering as a result.
The Solution
We quickly identified usability problems within the website by performing an expert review. Using this review as a lens, we were able to see the website from the perspective of the potential customer, revealing design improvements we could make with the new website.
